Agreement to Terms

By scheduling or receiving pest control services from Organic Pest Control Philadelphia ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Organic Pest Control Philadelphia provides residential and commercial pest control services in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. We are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and maintain all required state certifications.

Services are provided as described in your service agreement or work order. Results may vary depending on the severity of infestation, property conditions, and cooperation with recommended preparation and follow-up instructions.

Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed by phone or text message.
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• A cancellation fee may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows at our discretion.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests but cannot guarantee specific technician assignments.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.
• Prices are subject to change. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days.

Re-Treatment Policy

We stand behind our work. If pests return between scheduled service visits for covered pests under an active service agreement, we will return for a re-treatment at no additional charge. Re-treatment policies vary by service type and are detailed in your service agreement.

Re-treatments are not provided where service preparations were not followed, access was denied, or the new activity originates from conditions outside the original treatment scope.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective treatment, customers are responsible for:

• Following all pre-treatment preparation instructions provided by our technicians
• Providing safe and reasonable access to the property and all areas requiring treatment
• Disclosing any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to pest control products
• Keeping children and pets away from treated areas for the time period specified by the technician
• Following all post-treatment instructions

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for property damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, pest activity prior to treatment, or failure to follow preparation and post-treatment instructions. We carry general liability insurance as required by Pennsylvania law.

Safety and Chemicals

All products used by Organic Pest Control Philadelphia are EPA-registered and applied by state-licensed technicians in accordance with label directions and Pennsylvania pesticide regulations. Safety data sheets (SDS) for any products used are available upon request.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
